Important Information
All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; PPQ have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
